The family court is normally a costs-neutral jurisdiction: each party bears their own. However, there are times when costs can and will be awarded. Join us for a webinar to hear about the latest cases in this area with a view to being able to advise your client when they might apply for a costs order, or warning them when they might be behaving in a way which will make them subject to one.

This event will be held on Zoom so that you can join from the comfort of your own home, or the office, or any other location that suits you. We encourage participants to join in by raising questions or discussing issues from practice. We don't record the sessions but we will circulate the slides afterwards to anyone who attends.
