Children - our Family Law Group barristers can advise on all disputes involving children, whether domestic or foreign, including child abduction under the Hague Convention.
We can offer expert knowledge of both private law proceedings and care proceedings where our Family Law barristers are regularly involved on behalf of both parents and local authorities.
