Practice Profile

Mark Eldridge has a principally criminal practice. He has extensive  experience of extremely serious cases on behalf of the  defence as well as for the prosecution.

He has significant experience in matters involving  professional regulation, including police tribunals. He is  regularly instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service in matters of the utmost seriousness. He is a Level 4 prosecution advocate for the CPS.
 

Notable Cases

R -v- Kalengula & Kadima - Both defendants convicted of attempted murder after an 8-day trial at Wood Green Crown. CPS instruction. November 2015.

R -v- Webster - Defendant convicted of attempted murder after a 5-day trial at Woolwich Crown Court. CPS instruction. Sentenced March 2015.

R -v- Jefferson - Defendant convicted of attempted murder after a 2-day trial at Southwark Crown Court. CPS instruction. Sentenced July 2015.
