Mark Eldridge prosecuted an Attempted Murder (knife attack on bus on the 21st August last in Streatham High Road) at the Central Criminal Court today (31.10) where the 14 year old Defendant pleaded Guilty to Section 18 and sentence was adjourned to the 13th December 2019
Court Martial Appeal Court
In October 2019, Matthew Bolt succeeded in the Court Martial Appeal Court in relation to an important procedural matter for the Service Justice System. The case has now been reported: Regina v SH and another  WLR(D) 584.
Mark Eldridge prosecutes under section 4A of the Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964
Mark Eldridge prosecuted an arson before a jury at Inner London Crown Court where the mentally ill Defendant was tried under section 4A of the Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964 on an allegation of setting fire to his room in a multi-occupancy house.

Mark Eldridge successful in prosecution
Mark Eldridge successfully prosecuted an Aggravated Burglary trial at Woolwich Crown Court where the two Defendants were accused of going to a house they believed to be a drug dealer’s armed with a meat cleaver. They were found Guilty unanimously by the jury and sentenced to 6 years imprisonment.
