Court Martial

We have a growing reputation in military work, advising service personnel and representing them in the Service Justice System. This is a specialist area of practice and requires knowledge of the civil and criminal law in addition to service law, as well as an understanding of how these areas of law interact. It is an area ideally suited to those who have a mixed practice, as many of our barristers do.

We represent service personnel defending cases in both the civilian and service courts. We have experience in dealing with hearings at all levels, including The Court Martial Appeal Court. We can also advise on the implications of a criminal record on your service career, and how this can affect your employment after the military.​
